I’ve been taking my eclectus parrot Sully to Littleton Animal Hospital since we rescued him in 2015. He gets his annual health and wellness check ups and regular beak and nail trims at Littleton Animal Hospital. They are a professional, kind, and caring staff that I trust with my Bird. I highly recommend them for Avian veterinary care.
Great experience at Littleton Animal Hospital.
A friend recommended Littleton as I was seeking a second opinion for my senior cat's condition. From the initial call to set up a consultation to the follow-up of the appointment, Littleton has been fantastic, and we've transferred to their service.
They listen and provide insights and options. They've reduced the stress for the pet by setting a process that ushers the patient into an exam room directly. They encouraged safe exploration of the exam room by my inquisitive cat and kept her safe while she explored. The doctors and staff were phenomenal -- they provided great information, offered options, helped reduce my concern, and followed up with check-ins. My cat needed bloodwork and the techs did that in the exam room, while soothing the cat - it made a huge difference for her.
Littleton Animal Hospital really, truly cares about their patients, and it shows in their quality of care. The fear-free aspect of this veterinary hospital changed the game for my dog. He used to quiver in fear in the corner just for a check-up, and Littleton Animal Hospital has helped transform him to be comfortable and actively participate in cooperative care.
Myself and my pets have been patrons here since 2012, and they have been nothing but respectful, communicative, and thoughtful throughout every interaction. It is so evident that the staff here prioritizes patient needs.
My newly adopted kitty had respiratory issues and had severe congestion. I was searching for a vet with reasonably good reviews around the area. Littleton Animal Hospital was accepting new patients and had availability on the same day. Unfortunately, the visit to the hospital wasn't very helpful to my kitty's condition and we were not impressed. First, the examination room was a little old and we could see at least 10 dead and living bugs on the celing light. In terms of price, we paid $103 upfront when scheduling the appointmnet. In the viist, we were overcharged with a shot of antibiotic for $113 and a multivitamin supplement for $60, which I later found out we could get from Amazon for $18. The nail trim was another $29. My kitty wouldn't take the multivitamins and wasn't feeling better. After more research, we later got to know that it was a commmon tretament and ordered l-lysine online as a supplemnet for the cat's respiratory issue (not sure when the vet wouldn't recommend this supplement but instead recommened multivitamins). Overall, we couldn't get over with the idea that the hospital charged us the non-prescriptive supplement 3 times the price that we could easily get online.
Absolutely wonderful staff who got my little guinea pig in on very short notice. Passionate and kind care every step of the way. They speak to you like equals and are so helpful. Hoping to return for regular checks in the future!
Littleton Animal Hospital has very caring and knowledgeable staff and they were open on a Saturday where my prior vet is not. It was refreshing to have my kitten seen by such an attentive and professional staff. Their chief concern was the welfare of my pet. This hospital and chief of staff Dr. Brooks offer wonderful service and my highest recommendation. They are my new veterinarian!
I felt welcomed as a new client. Dr. Kalani was great with my elderly leopard gecko. They complemented me on how good he looked for such an old guy (21). Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor. Overall very good experience.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. My dog is extremely anxious and it quite difficult to work with. But not once in the 3 years I have been going to them for my dog have they told to go elsewhere or gave up. They continued to work with me to come up with a plan that worked for my dog without making her terrified. This Monday 10/30 I went and for the first time ever my dog was calm and they were able to get everything done they needed to in one appointment. I’m so happy and forever thankful of all the staff at Littleton animal hospital! I will always recommend this place!
